We were able to see a mother and her calf. Both of them breached and the calf jumped all the way out of the water. It was an amazing experience.
A day to remember

Best experience ever, a perfect moment for me to build memories with my fiancée on our first visit to NSW.
Good ride but no whales sighted!

The captain of the cruise gave a good briefing prior to departure. Unfortunately we couldnt sight evrn a single whale despite a long ride in to the ocean!
Very good

Nice boat ride and managed to see a few whales roll over and put their tails in the air which was a plus. Normally on these types of trips, you never see a sausage e.g. shark fishing, or glass bottom boat etc, So this was a bit of a surprise.
Only thing... you need to be looking at the exact spot the whales turn over to see or photograph them otherwise you just see the tail on its way down.
In saying that.... impressive and fortunate to have even seen even that.
Note... whales are not like dolphins, they come up and dive and don't show up for maybe another 5 min as they blow and take in air.
Enjoy the trip.... we did.

However I wanted to see whales and we saw none at all. Not guaranteed. Gutted.
