Kids & Parents loved the Pirate Cruise
Frank C, 16-07-2019
'Pirate' staff and assistants were great. Very helpful, fun and ensured everyone was involved no matter what the age. 1.5hrs time flew from cruising Sydney Harbour, hoisting the sails, right to the end docking. A great way to give a special birthday present.

The cruise itself with my two grandsons was a memorable experience for them. The crew were very interactive and all the children joined in the fun. I was very disappointed that the ship didn't put the sails down as that was what I was most looking forward to, so only motor was used. They cited OHS but no reason. The booking experience was an absolute nightmare for me. I booked by phone but found it so difficult to explain and understand the person from viator. A few days later I was advised by SMS that my booking had been cancelled. After numerous enquiries by phone, no-one could give me a reason why, so my money was refunded and I again proceeded to rebook. So frustrating that I have vowed never to use this company again.
