Overview

This tour is ideal for family or small group who want to experience the history and beauty of this region and understand why it is a UNESCO World heritage listed location. Enjoy travelling with a mature local, professional photographer who knows the very best places to view and the best times to be there. That's why we start much later than most tours so you can see the sandstone of Three Sisters glow against the late afternoon sun before we then move to a remote lookout to watch the sunset at Megalong Valley, the rich colours and a very serene landscape.
Explore three remote lookouts, an extended bushwalk that uncovers waterfalls and cliff edge views as well as the classic culture and history of this region.
We can customize this for the active outdoors group who want to explore the trails and bushwalks or something different for those who prefer to enjoy the lookouts, history and opulent hotels.
Enjoy executive transport, hotel pickup and flexible start time to meet your itinerary.

Incredible, epic Blue Mountains tour!!
Boehmer5, 21-08-2022
Our family of five (parents with 3 teenagers) had a private Blue Mountains tour with Terry from Picture Me Sydney. I can honestly say that it was the best tour we have ever had, anywhere in the world, and an absolute highlight of our trip that exceeded all expectations! Not only are the Blue Mountains mind blowing in their beauty and an absolute must see, Terry knew all the least crowded areas to get the best views and our pictures are amazing! As a professional photographer, he helped all of us get the best shots as well as taking many of our family pictures himself! Just getting to see this beautiful part of the world would have been enough, but Terry customized the tour for our family and we got to see so much more than we expected! It was so cool to see Sydney Olympic Park, site of the 2000 games that I watched on tv! We had a wonderful picnic lunch where my kids were introduced to some yummy Australian foods for the first time. We stopped to see a cool vintage hotel in the mountains that, as lovers of historical architecture, we found so beautiful and fascinating. The tour wrapped up with dinner and a ghost tour in one of the oldest pubs in Sydney! Terry was wonderful, knowledgeable and funny, and even now that we are back home in the USA, we are still singing his praises! Don’t tour the Blue Mountains with anyone else!!!
Amazing Experience

I highlight recommend this tour. Experienced, friendly and accommodating tour guide/driver. We get to enjoy the spectacular views of the Blue Mountains and waterfalls. Wentworth Falls were the highlight of tour.
Great day out

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Blue Mountains with Terry. He took us to places we wouldn’t have seen if we had gone by ourselves, and his local knowledge made it all very interesting. He also made several suggestions about other things we could do during our remaining time in Sydney, (eg. Ferry to Watson’s Bay and the Hornby Lighthouse), which we also enjoyed.
