Overview

Immersia Freediving is the only freediving school in Sydney to offer this type of course. It will give you a glimpse of how AMAZING freediving feels like and allow you to explore your capabilities in a super controlled and relaxed environment.

What's Included

1.5 hours in shallow water, learning and practicing freediving techniques

2 hours of theory, breathwork and meditation

Light snacks in between dives

Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Our instructors are fully certified under PADI and/or Molchanovs and certified as Emergency First Responders. We require that all guests are ab le to swim at least 200m unassisted. We will also require guests to fill out a waiver and medical history stat
Participants will be required to fill out a medical history form. If any of the medical conditions apply to you, you must consult with a physician prior to freediving.
