Opera House and Harbour Bridge was great to see from the seaside. The Crew was very friendly all the time.

Great experience!! The crew was helpful, courteous and easy to talk to. We actually missed our ticketed time and the crew had no problem honoring our tickets the next day. Great value. Would recommend to anyone.

Eye opening from the "sea" point of view. Recommended for those who's not planning to walk alot, you can see the Darling Harbour, Sydney Bridge and Opera House from onboard the cruise.
Simply the best

Great for hop on - hop off. Watch out for sunburn on the top deck. Informative commentary. Watson's Bay looked fab - worth a stop off and a drink at the Hotel?
Calm, pretty tour

It was a really enjoyable, peaceful trip. The views were great, he boat very comfortable and the staff were helpful. My 76 year old mother enjoyed it the most out of all of us. The children also had a good time because they didn’t need to sit still in their seats.
Great experience on board but poor service at Wharf 6 Booth 3 counter

We bought the Deluxe Big Bus tickets which include boat tickets for Fantasea Cruise and Manly Fast Ferry. But we had to redeem the boat tickets at Circular Quay Wharf 6 Booth 3. After getting off the Big Bus City Route at George Street, we decided to redeem our boat tickets for the 3.30pm cruise. We reached Booth 3 at 2.30pm and it was closed. Thinking that it would open closer to the cruise time, we waited around the area but the booth remained closed. Finally, we called Fantasea who informed that the 3.30pm cruise was cancelled! There was no notice on social media or at the booth! Thank goodness we still have the next day to redeem our tickets else, it would have been a wasted trip and money!

Notwithstanding that, the staff on board and at the gate were very friendly and helped us with our queries when we took the boat rides the next day.

The cruise was nice for the price however it didn't deviate from its normal route so we could have done the same route and gotten off at the zoo rather than buying 2 separate tickets
You get what you pay for.

Seeing Sydney harbour bridge and opera house from the water. The noise of engines and people makes it difficult to hear the commentary, though when stopped it is better.
